oh the JOYS (being said sarcastically ) of my job...

GGGGGRRRRRRAAAAAHHHHH!!!

SERIOUSLY! Why must you yell at me and curse me up and down for your irresponsibility? I had a customer yell at me today. It was very frustrating on my part to keep myself calm. Here is a recap of our convo:

Theresa: Hello, may I please speak with Mr. Customer?
Mr. Customer: yeah
Theresa: Is this Mr. Customer
Mr. Customer: I SAID YEAH
Theresa: Hi Mr. Customer, this is Theresa with Toyota Financial....blah blah the rest of my speach saying how much they are due... can you pay that today?
Mr. Customer: *yelling* I already spoke with someone last month and set up arrangements. I can pay by the end of the month.
Theresa: Ok what day can you make the payment and I can secure the account to stop the phone calls.
Mr. Customer: *still yelling* I don't care about the phone calls. If you keep calling me, I will tell you where you can stick this truck.
Theresa: Sir, the calls will continue until the account has been brought current or until we can secure an arrangement on the account. What day can you make this payment so we can secure the account?
Mr. Customer: GIVE ME TO YOUR *explitive deleted* SUPERVISOR!!!
Theresa: Sir, you don't need to use that kind of language.
Mr. Customer: I SAID GIVE ME TO YOUR *explitive deleted* SUPERVISOR!
Theresa: Ok, hold on

then the customer ended up hanging up on me. What a looser. I really hate my job. I can't believe some people have nothing better to do than to yell and scream at people they don't even know. I mean really, it's pathetic.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. ;) I used to work in collections for Discover Card and I used to hate when people would yell at me. Like it was my fault they didnt' pay their bill... the nerve. :)
