Almost time

Well I had my baby shower last Saturday and I had so much fun! It was so good to see all my friends and family and all the new little babies! I can't wait till Reegan joins the mix. I first off just want to thank everyone that was there and for all my gifts, I'm still trying to sort everything out and put it away. Secondly I had a doctor's appointment and ultrasound yesterday. At my dr. appt. I found out that I didn't gain any weight in 2 weeks, so I'm still at 11 lbs total. I don't know if this is because I've been active ( I'm always walking or doing my yoga ) or if the baby is seriously just taking everything from me. I am constantly eating whatever I want. All I can say is that if Dr Lew isn't worried than neither am I. The next thing we checked was my blood pressure, which was awesome! It has really been holding up for me. Everyone has been really worried about that, including me. But so far so good. I also mentioned to my dr. that I have been feeling a lot of lower abdominal pressure and also on my cervix ( I guess, I've never had pressure there before ). She said it was probably just the way the baby was lying but that the closer I get the more pressure I will start to feel. It has been 3 days now of constant pressure, and I woke up today and it hurts to walk. I really will love not being pregnant anymore! After the doctor I went to my ultrasound appt. We got Reegan's growth checked since the last time she was measuring small. This time they said she weighs about 4 1/2 pounds which is right where she should be. I also had them try to get a good 3d picture of her face, which was about impossible. The first dilemma was that she was head down, like head really far down, and secondly she had her hand completly covering her face. We got a picture of her forhead, eye and then her hand. What a stinker! The tech said that she has some hair on her head which I was excited about because I was bald. I just hope it's dark hair! Well I think that's it for now, Nick and I are both getting really excited and eager for our daughter to enter this world. He mentioned last night that he can't wait to lay on the couch holding Reegan and taking naps. I love him more and more when he says stuff like that.
